Shed 4

Forest Row, 2012

The consent to convert this former farm building was granted just before the Local Authority put severe restrictions on all housing developments near the Ashdown Forest.

Normally we could not justify houses of this size as sustainable, but it matches the footprint of the original building, which was an egg packing plant. The building then was sold on to a developer by the owners with the permission we had already obtained and we provided the detailed design drawings, but did not oversee works on site.
